Practical information

The Museum is open every day except Tuesday from 09:30 to 18:00 (closed 1 January, 1 May and 25 December).
Entrance is free every 1st Sunday of the month, European Heritage Days (in September) and European Museum Night (May).
Audio-guided courses allow you to freely discover the permanent course, and if you are with family, ask reception for our game booklets.
The Museum is totally accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The Museum’s gardens and roof terrace can be accessed freely at no charge. Re-entry to the Museum is possible with the entry ticket.
The shop closes at 17:45.
We recommend you book your tickets online, although they can also be purchased in person.
